In Q1, Rosneft increased gas production by 6% to 16.72 billion cubic meters

In the first quarter of 2016, Rosneft increased the gas production by 6% compared to the same period last year, the company reports in its press release.
"In the first quarter of 2016, the gas production was 16.72 billion cubic meters, which is by 1% more than in the fourth quarter of 2015 and by 6% more than in the first quarter of 2015. One of the key factors in the growth of the natural gas production in these periods was the launch of the second stage of the Novo-Urengoi comprehensive gas and gas condensate unit of Rospan in the comprehensive testing mode in the fourth quarter of 2015," – the message informs.
