The oil company is getting closer to the return of 60 billion roubles of export duty.
The Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal of the RF Ministry of Energy against the decisions of previous courts in a dispute with "Rosneft". Oil company need a certificate from the RF Ministry of Energy, which will give it the right to receive 60 billion roubles of overpayment of export duty on oil from the VC field. Now the RF Ministry of Energy intends to file a complaint to the Chairman of the Supreme Court, but the chances of success are very small, according to lawyers.
