Vard Holdings entered into a contract for the design and construction of 15 transport vessels for Topaz Energy and Marine, the subsidiary of Renaissance Services SAOG.
The vessels of the VARD Project 9 21 are specially designed by VARD Design for river traffic, because it is assumed they provide delivery of cargo to the oil fields in Kazakhstan through Russian waterways.
