The project exists and is being elaborated but needs a comprehensive economic estimation that has not been held as yet. Several projects are realized and planned in the energy sphere. They are going to construct a direct current point via the Amur river. It will increase power supplies to China from 1 billion kW/h to 5-6 billion kW/h. A large power generating station will be constructed near the China and Russian border, but Mr. Shishkin does not name the precise place for the construction.
