Rosneft and Japanese Yokogawa sign agreement on strategic cooperation

Rosneft’s head Igor Sechin and Yokogawa Electric Corporation’s CEO, Shuzo Kaihori have signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the XXI World Petroleum Congress, the oil company reported.

According to the document, Rosneft will consider Yokogawa on a competitive basis as a supplier of automated process control systems for the company's subsidiaries.

In turn, Yokogawa guarantees the delivery of the advanced process control systems, measurement systems, information technologies and instrumentation, as well as the provision of services for their implementation and subsequent maintenance.
