The 3-party negotiations between Russia, Ukraine and EU comprise the loading of the underground gas storage facilities.
It is planned to state the obligations concerning the deadlines, volumes, financing and conditions of gas supply for loading of storage facilities for the winter heating season 2015-2016.
The source refused to comment the information that the EU Commission is ready to take obligations on financial support of Kiev for gas purchase for the underground gas storage facilities.
