The resource base of Gazprom is enough to cover the need of China in gas at the volume of up to 100 bln cubic m, deputy chairman A. Medvedev said.
“This is even a conservative forecast”, he said.
Gazprom expects to sign documents on the price of gas supply to China by the western route. The commercial negotiations upon the gas price are at the final stage, the head of “Gazprom export”, E. Burmistrova said.
The price of supplies will take into account the technical-economic situation of both parties- China and Russia, she added.
On May 8th the main conditions (volumes, periods, point of gas delivery) of the western route were signed.
