Petrol filling stations have not received deliveries from Belarus.
In Russia there is an annual summer increase in retail fuel prices: last week the average retail petrol prices in Moscow increased by 15-17 kopecks per liter. The rise in retail prices follows a jump in wholesale prices: at the SPIMEX stock exchange petrol quotations are hitting yearly highs against the backdrop of a lack of fuel and the increase in demand. The supply of oil products from Belarus could cool the situation on the market, but it is not yet possible to agree on them, as it is still unprofitable for the Belarusian refineries to sell fuel in Russia.
