Severstal has replaced CEO and executed other changes

For the improvement of operational efficiency, the management system and thereduction of expenses, Severstal is executings several staff and organizational measures. Severstal introduces the post of the First Deputy CEO – the Director for Production, and appoints to the post V. Larin, the former CEO of Severstal Resource. A. Grubman is released from the post of CEO of Severstal Russian Steel, the Director of Cherepovets metal works of Severstal JSC. He is replaced by S. Toropov, the former CEO of Krasny Kotelschik TKZ Siloviye Mashiny JSC, who worked for a long time at the Cherepovets metal works.
