Start of rail production at ChMK is not a serious driver for the growth of Mechel’s securities

Mechel launches a rail and structural steel mill at the Chelyabinsk metallurgic plant, which has been constructed from 2008 (the construction was suspended because of the crisis) and cost the company $715 million. The trial start was carried out in the middle of June.
