Construction of sea terminals in the Far East and LNG-terminal at Vysotsk port are included in the scheme of territorial planning
The Government of Russia has additionally included the construction of 5 sea terminals in the Khabarovsk and Primorie regions as well as in the Leningrad region into the scheme of territorial planning in the sphere of transport. The regulation as of July 14th 2015 #1361-po signed by the PM D. Medvedev is published on the Government’s website.
The regulation includes the construction of the following objects into the scheme of territorial planning in the sphere of transport: sea terminal for coal transshipment in the area of the Burny Cape, sea terminal for oil chemicals cargo transshipment at the Vostok Bay, sea terminal for coal transshipment in the area of the Otkryty Cape, sea terminal for LNG transshipment in the area of Vladivostok, terminal on the production and transshipment of LNG at the Vysotsk sea port in the Leningrad region.
