“Gazpromneft” is about to produce difficult oil at 4 deposits in Yamal in 2014

The interim results on involving difficult to recover resources into development have been summed up in “Gazpromneft-Muravlenkovo.
As they stated to a reporter of IA “Sever-Press” in the department of public relations and corporate communications of “Gazpromneft-Muravlenkovo”, there has been carried out 178 geological and engineering operations within the framework of the oil production stimulation programme, of which 26 are aimed at the involvement of difficult to recover resources into development. There has been produced more than 40 thousand tons of oil because of this course of action. The extra production is expected to make up more than 100 thousand tons of oil by the end of the year.
