Putin’s subordinates take Belarus in hand
Last week three Russian managers included in top-10 “subordinates" of Putin” visited Minsk. This is most likely a coincidence, though it seems symbolic on the background of “the potassium war”, taking into account that even the subordinates of the RF President couldn’t solve this argument.
Sechin
The Head of Rosneft is called the right hand of Vladimir Putin on oil issues was the first to visit Minsk. Sechin helped the state to return many industrial assets, i.e. Abramovich sold Sibneft to Gazprom, the assets of YUKOS were given to Rosneft. Now Rosneft is the largest extraction company in Russia. When Putin was elected the President, Sechin became the President of Rosneft and the took the post of the executive secretary of the presidential committee for the fuel and energy sector.
