The President of Rosneft I. Sechin claims that Rosneft is ready to pay dividends of over 25% of net profit by ISA if necessary. The Minister of Finances of Russia A. Siluanov claimed in July that the state company should pay to the state dividends of 25% of net profit by ISA without benefits and preferences. The company paid dividends of 85.3 billion rubles for 2012, 25% of net profit by ISA, as well as a year ago.
