Complex construction of South Stream offshore division will start in accordance with the schedule in Q2 2014. The first gas supplies are awaited by the end of 2015. The CTO of South Stream Transport A. Fik tells that they have completed the special research, and successfully tested over 100 samples of pipes. It has given the opportunity to start execution of the tender procedures for pipe production and for the offshore division construction.
