Transneft to plan investments in the amount of 189 billion rubles in 2014

Transneft’s Board of Directors has adopted an investment program for 2014 and through until 2018, including development of main oil and oil products pipelines, but possible freezing rates may demand for decrease of investments, the pipeline monopoly reported.

The planned amount of the company’s investment program for these years is 500 billion rubles, including 348 billion rubles for the development of oil pipelines and 152 billion rubles for the development of oil products pipelines. The total amount of the investments in 2014 must be 189 billion rubles – 150 billion rubles for the development of the system of oil pipelines and 39 billion rubles for the development of the oil products pipelines system.
