Rules of the Third Energy Package mustn’t be used for the marine section of South Stream, the member of the Wintershall’s Board and Chief of the Department Wintershall Russia, Mario Meren reported.
The Third Energy Package is a body of norms on provision of competition on the European energy market. In particular, it provides for obligatory requirements of independent management for transport energy infrastructure, like pipelines that can’t be owned by energy concerns, which extract and produces energy sources.
