Decision on Opal postponed again

The European Commission has postponed a decision on the use of the full capacity of the Opal gas pipeline (a branch of Nord Stream) by Gazprom util mid-October. The date of its adoption was repeatedly postponed, this time it was expected by September, 15th. The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation specified that the new date is October, 31st. A representative of the European Commission noted that deadlines were postponed due to the fact that some of the technical aspects required additional attention.
