Gazprom and Rosneft to receive two licenses each for offshore sector during the next month

Gazprom and Rosneft will receive a license to operate in the Arctic shelf during the month. According to the first Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment D.Khramov, each of the companies will be granted two licenses, TASS reports.
