In 2013, Belarus, perhaps, to receive less than 23 million tons of oil from Russia

In 2013, Belarus is likely to receive less oil from Russia, than it expected, the Vice Prime Minister of Belarus Vladimir Semashko acknowledged.

Earlier, the Belarusian party insisted on supply of 23 million tons of oil from Russia in 2013.

“Earlier I said – 23 million, but it’s most likely that we’ll receive less. For a number of reasons,” – Semashko said in Minsk on Wednesday.

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko stated last week that the story with the arrest of the Uralkaliy’s General Director Vladislav Baumgertner in Minsk complicated the situation with oil supply from Russia to the republic.
