In the first six months of 2014, Gazprom plans to complete to adjust the program of fields development on the Arctic shelf of Russia, the need for which has occurred due to new licenses, received by the company, the Gazprom’s Chief of the Department of Technique and Technologies of Marine Fields Development, Vadim Petrenko reported to journalists.
