Tianjin oil refinery will annually process 16 million tons of oil

The President of Rosneft I. Sechin says at the 22nd Global Energy Congress that Tianjin oil refinery will annually process 16 million tons of oil. Rosneft carries out its construction jointly with CNPC. The company realizes 3 large projects in the downstream sphere in Far East. They are construction of Eastern oil chemical company with capacity of 30 million tons, an LNG plant's construction at Sakhalin with annual capacity of 5 million tons, and construction of Tianjin oil refinery with annual capacity of 16 million tons of oil. The latter will be launched before 2020.
