OPAL should be used at full capacity

The President of Russia V. Putin thinks that the problem of gas transit to Europe via the Ukraine still exists. He asks the EC to allow the use of the OPAL pipeline at full capacity.
He says that one of the most obvious decisions is to diversify the supplying routes. In connection with that, Russia hopes that the EC will coordinate in near future the point of the use of OPAL at full capacity.
In his opinion, the situation with South Stream pipeline should be unblocked as well. Mr. Putin claims that the pipeline will make a large contribution to provision of the energy safety of Europe. All sides will be the gainers, Russia and the European consumers including Serbia.
