Targin is reorganized

AFK Sistema has reorganized its oilfield service assets Targin (earlier - Bashneft- Service assets). Within the framework of the development plan of the group, the company was reorganized to a joint-stock company. All shares of Targin were placed by conversion of the AFK Sistema’s share in ordinary registered uncertified shares. The new company received all rights and obligations of the old company, including with regard to its creditors and debtors.
