Transneft’s tariff raising by 6.12% in 2016 is insufficient for ESPO

The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS) published draft order on raising of tariff rates on the services of “Transneft” on transportation of oil via the main pipelines since 2016. It goes from the document, placed on the portal of legal information.
According to the presidential adviser of “Transneft”, press secretary I.Demin, the department proposes to increase tariffs by 6.12% in 2016. “They took forecast index of the Ministry of Economic Development for 2016 and index tariffs for 2016.
