Decision of the court in favor of Rosneft by preferences is suspended

​The Arbitration Court of the Moscow region has suspended the execution of the decision of the Court of lower instance which made the Ministry of Energy issue the confirmation of the fact of oil export from the deposit of Verkhnechonskneftegas to Rosneft.

The Court considered the evidence of the Ministry of Energy to be reasonable that in case of cancellation of the appealed claim, the return of its execution will be possible.

The execution of the decision of the Court of Appeal is terminated until the consideration of the cassational appeal of the Ministry of Energy which was appointed for December 10th 2015.

A representative of the Ministry of Energy said in Court that in case of satisfaction of Rosneft’s claims, it might intend for the return of 60 bln rubles from the budget.
