Gazpromneft to take a port

Gazpromneft buys a complex on oil products transloading in Novorossiysk. The deal is valued at about $10 million.
The Board of Directors of “Gazpromneft” agreed the purchase of 100% in OOO “Novorosnefteservice” and OOO “Novorossiysk oil loading complex” each by its subsidiary OOO “Gazpromneft marin bunker”. They form a unified complex of light and dark petroleum products transloading for export and bunker market. They are part of Novorossiysk transport cluster. The production capacity of the complex makes up 500 000 tons of oil products a year. The complex belongs to “Delo” Group of S.Shishkarev to date.
