Sibur is going to decide about participation in realization of ZapSibNeftechem project not earlier than H1 2014 under the results of the basis designing (FEED). The former declared date for accepting of the decision was H2 2013.
The company analyzes possible construction of the pyrolysis utility in Tobolsk with annual capacity of 1.5 million tons of ethylene. ZapSibNeftechem project can annually produce 2 million tons of polymers, including 1.5 million tons of polyethylene and 500,000 tons of polypropylene.
