The Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Vladimir Demchishin has confirmed the authorities' plans to purchase 4 billion cubic meters of gas from Russia before the end of winter.
"4 billion cubic meters are planned to be bought before the end of March, including the amount that we bought in December," - he said.
