Gazprom neftechem Salavat gets ready to receive high-capacity equipment

​The cargo with the weight of about 685 tons is being shipped from Ufa to Salavat. Now the reactor-regeneration block is located near the village of Bulgakovo in Bashkortostan. The equipment is meant for the catalyst cracking complex being constructed on the territory of Gazprom neftechem Salavat OJSC.

Today the realization of this project is at the active stage of the construction-assembly works. The cargo being shipped to the industrial site is the reactor-regeneration block. It is the basic section of the complex. In the fluidized bed of the catalyzer the process of catalyst cracking will be held, e.g. high-temperature separation of vacuum gasoil and production of components with continuous regeneration of the catalyzer. The block consists of 5 parts: stripping reactor, regenerator, reactor with the lifting camera, startup reactor muffler and a camera of pressure lowering.

The equipment is fully produced in Germany by MAN Diesel&Turbo. A number of measures were taken for its transportation. For example, 12 out of 17 bridges on the way were strengthened. The realization of the construction of a complex of catalyst cracking will allow to increase the production of saleable petrol of Euro-4 and Euro-5 classes and increase the processing efficiency.
