No applications for financing of ESPO broadening at the expense of National Prosperity Fund have been received

Transneft has made no applications for the financing of the  ESPO pipeline's broadening  to 80 million tons a year at the expense of National Prosperity Fund (FND), the Minister of Energy of Russia A. Novak says. Now the company analyzes the point within the investment program. Last year Transneft reported about the possible attraction of state funds, FND, in particular, for financing of  ESPO broadening  from 37 million tons to 80 million tons. The company also reported about possible financing of the broadening at the expense of inclusion of the investment constituent to oil transporting tariff.
