Sberbank CIB gives a loan in the amount of $2.94 billion to Yamal razvitie

Sberbank CIB has given a loan in the amount of $2.94 billion to Yamal razvitie (a joint venture of Novatek and Gazpromneft).
According to the bank’s report, money was used to purchase 60% of Arctic Russia B.V. from Italian company Eni S.p.A.; in turn, Arctic Russia B.V. has 49% in Severenergia.
