From March 1st, Russia will reduces oil export duty by $1.9 or 0.5% to $384.4 per ton. The chief expert of the department for tax and customs-tariff policy of the Ministry of Finances A. Sakovich says that within the monitoring period since Jan 15 until Feb 14 2014, average oil price was $107.49565 per barrel, or $784.7 per ton. In this case, oil duty should be $384.4 per ton under the current payment formula..
