The Primorye public organizations suggest raising the tariff for oil transporting via ESPO

The representatives of the Primorye public organizations have appealed to the Premier Medvedev and the plenipotentiary presidential representative in Far Eastern federal area with a suggestion for raising of the tariff for oil transporting via ESPO by $10 per ton that will raise revenue of oil producers by 13 billion rubles annually. The authors of the appeal suggest allocation of the additional revenue to development of Far Eastern social sphere.
