"RussNeft" to drill 33 new wells in the Varyegansk oil block licensed areas.

In 2013 over 2.89 million tons of oil was produced in the fields of Varyegansk oil block.
In 2014 JSC "Varioganneft", a subsidiary of JSC NK "RussNeft", continued the commercial exploitation with involvement of the previously undeveloped sites into the development, and also West Varyegansk field marginal zones within the program development and exploration drilling in the Varyegansk oil block fields.
In 2013, 29 wells of development drilling were introduced, which allowed for additional production in the amount of 254 thousand tons of hydrocarbons. Average daily rate, obtained from drilling a new well, was 54 t/day.
