Letter on anti-crisis measures in oil industry sent to the Kremlin
Top managers of five major Russian oil companies, excluding head of Rosneft, have signed a letter to President Vladimir Putin with proposal of anti-crisis measures for the oil industry, the RBC writes.

The letter was sent to the President on Monday. It was signed by the head of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov, Gazpromneft Alexander Djukov, Surgutneftegaz Vladimir Bogdanov, Bashneft Alexander Korsik and Tatneft Nail Maganov. President of Rosneft Igor Sechin didn’t put his signature.
Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the letter hadn’t been received yet.
The oil companies write that there are a number of non-tax charges (fees, charges, fines) in the industry, the reduction of which can significantly improve the economic situation in the oil industry.
The oil companies divided their wishes into four groups. The first two include the rejection of excessive requirements, which result in material costs, as well as a temporary easing or delaying the entry into force of a number of stringent requirements, mainly payments for use of natural resources and the environment, which "are excessive in the current economic situation". The third and fourth groups include the elimination of contradictions in the legislation.
