Transneft was ordered to expand the port of Kozmino

The Ministry of Energy of Russia has ordered Transneft to consider the opportunity of the expansion of the final point of the ESPO pipeline – Kozmino port, Kommersant reports.
“There is no certain volume as yet. It is necessary to expand to the really in demand volume”, the Minister of Energy, A. Novak said.
Kommersant reports referring to a representative of Transneft that the port’s expansion might be held not earlier than 2020. By that time the capacities of the pipeline should be increased.
