SOCAR-AQS Drilling company started drilling a new well at the "Western Absheron" field in the Azerbaijani sector of Caspian Sea, the company reports.
"Horizontal well drilling in the "Western Absheron" field will take place from a fixed offshore platform with project depth of the well 890 meters.
