Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has received an application from trader Glencore about getting a 49 percent stake in the combined company of "Russneft" and NK "Nephthys", the representative of the agency informs. FAS plans to request additional information about the transaction, a source familiar with the situation states.

The petition was received from the company Rambero Holding AG in late February, the representative of FAS adds. Source, in turn, explained that Rambero is affiliated with the Swiss commodity trader Glencore. The request must be reviewed within 30 days, but FAS can not provide the final decision in this term, the source informs.
