Rambero Holding AG, the structure of an oil trading company Glencore, has filed a petition to the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service to receive 49% share of “Russneft”. They stated about it in FAS to TASS.
A spokesman for FAS stated the application was received in late February. The time period for consideration of a petition makes up 30 days. The rendering of decision can be moved to April.
