TAPI gas pipeline is valued at $7.6 bln

The construction of a gas pipeline Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) will cost $7.6 billion. Indian Ministry of Oil and Natural gas states about it.
“According to the feasibility study the project is valued at $7.6 billion,” the Ministry stated.
The length of the gas pipeline will make up 1814 km. It will go from the south-east of Turkmenistan to Afghanistan, then along the road between the cities Great and Kandahar to Pakistan and further via the cities Quetta and Multan it will reach India.
