Transneft-Siberia renews oil pipelines

“Transneft-Siberia” JSC in 2015 plans to put into operation 158.9 km of reconstructed route oil pipelines.

The company’s press service reports that the works on the replacement of linear part at 11 objects started in 2014, the works at another 2 sites started in Jan 2015. At the Surgut-Polotsk oil pipeline the reconstruction of 5 sites with the total length of 62.85 km is being held. The works are held in the area of the Nefteyugansk management of route oil pipelines.

In 2015 it is planned to replace almost 13 km of the site of the Nizhnevartovsk-Kurgan-Kuybyshev pipeline in the Tobolsk management of route oil pipelines. It is also planned to replace 2 sites with the length of 19.6 km of the route oil pipeline connecting the Vat-Egansky deposit with the linear production-dispatch station “Aprelsky” of the Surgut management of route oil pipelines. Two sites of the reserve branch of the Nizhnevartovsk- Ust-Balyk oil pipeline with the total length of about 16.5 km are under reconstruction.
