The Ukraine to additionally capitalize Naftogas for $1.46 bln

In February the Ministry of Finance of the Ukraine issued the domestic government bonds for $795.5 mln for the additional capitalization of Naftogas Ukrainy, the National Bank of the Ukraine reports.
The average weighted profitability of the issued domestic government bonds made up 14.5% per annum. In February the National Bank of the Ukraine purchased bonds for $518 mln, in Jan-February – for $980.6 mln.
It is repotted that the Government of the Ukraine decided to increase the registered capital of the company by $1.46 bln by means of issuing of the domestic government bonds to pay for the imported natural gas. The period of circulation of papers will be up to 10 years, rate – 14.5% per annum.
