Armenian government to subsidize gas prices by 30%

The Armenian government is going to subsidize gas prices by 30%, Armenian PM Tigran Sarkisyan reported at the governmental meeting.
“I sent the letter to the Chairman of the public services regulation commission. It specifies that Armenian government will subsidize the gas price by 30%”, the PM said. He added, socially unsecured families will be provided with help, thus the increase of gas prices will not affect their budgets. Speaking about gas price, some public hearings will be conducted, Sarkisyan noted.
