Rosneft to buy gas assets of Alrosa

Rosneft buys gas assets of Alrosa. The oil company has bought gas from Alrosa’s deposits and now it will be also owner of these deposits.
The value of the deal will make up about $1 billion. Rosneft needs to buy new projects to implement its plans on extension of its share of the gas market to 20% by 2020.
