Arctic well "Kosistaya" to cost "Rosneft" 7 billion roubles.

"Rosneft" has laid 7.28 billion roubles on design and survey works and the construction of appraisal wells in the Arctic in 2016-2017. These funds the subsidiary "RN-Shelf-Arctic" will spend on the operation of four license areas at the shelf of the Okhotsk Sea and the Laptev Sea.

The most expensive part of the work will be the creation of prospecting and appraisal well "Kosistaya №1 PO" within the Khatanga area of the Laptev Sea. During this period "RN-Shelf-Arctic" will spend 7 billion roubles. Much less money will go to the wells №2 and №3 in the same area - only 78.9 million roubles.
