KES to sell Bogoslovskaya combined power station to UC Rusal

The decision about Bogoslovskaya combined heat and power station needed to provide Bogoslovsky aluminium plant (BAZ) with heat has finally been made after 1.5 years of disputes between Rusal and KES-Holding. Rusal will redeem the power station with the heat pipeline from KES for about 1 billion RUR. The most disputable part of the transaction - selling of the project of future Novobogoslovskaya combined heat and power station will either be coordinated separately or frozen.
