Oil export duty will increase by $9.8 to $369.2 per ton in Russia

Oil export duty will increase by $9.8 to $369.2 per ton in Russia from July 1 2013, under the average price of monitoring and the formula of export duty calculation under the taxation mode 60-66. The current export duty for oil is $359.4 per ton.

The expert of the Ministry of Finances A. Sakovich says that from May 14th until June 14th the  average monitoring price was $102.64 per barrel or $749.3 per ton. Thus, the Russian Government will set the export duty at a rate of $369.2 per ton.
