The RF Ministry of Natural Resources has developed a draft law on the liberalization of the access to the strategic areas with mineral resources on the continental shelf was approved by the Russian Government Commission on legislative activities, the Minister, Sergei Donskoi stated.
According to him, the amendments, developed in accordance with the request of the RF President Vladimir Putin, to the Federal Law № 58-FZ were approved at the meeting of the government commission on the legislative activities on June 16, 2014.
The amendments to the legislation were developed and approved in the prescribed manner with all the relevant agencies, including the Federal Security Service of Russia and the RF Ministry of Defense.
