In Q3 and Q4 2015 the Discount on Russian gas for the Ukraine may be less than 30 percent of the contract price.
"The discount will primarily be based on the economic feasibility", - the RF Minister of Energy Aleksandr Novak states. Earlier, the deputy head of "Gazprom" Aleksandr Medvedev stated that the contract price of gas for the Ukraine without the discount would be 287.15 dollars per thousand cubic meters in Q3 and 262.5 dollars - in Q4.
